Your business shouldn't need you to keep running.

We remove the repetitive admin and operational work tying the business to one person — replacing it with governed AI systems built on your own consolidated data. Preparing to sell, or just took over? Either way, less of the business should depend on you.

Before and after
BeforeThe old way
  • Institutional knowledge lives in one person's head.
  • Every new tool adds another disconnected login.
  • When a buyer or investor asks how something actually works, the answer is 'let me check.'
AfterThe Synergised way
  • One governed agent, one named task, one approval point.
  • What ran, what changed, and who signed off on it — all visible, all evidenced, none of it autonomous.
How this goes

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

Start with one problem, not a programme. Nothing here commits you to a second stage before you've seen the first one working.

  1. We find the constraintOne conversation about how the business actually runs, and where the work piles up behind one person. If an agent is not the right answer to it, that is what you will hear.
  2. We scope one stageThe first stage is priced and delivered on its own terms. Nothing in it commits you to the second, and you see its shape before you agree to it.
  3. You own what gets builtSystems, data, credentials and the documentation behind them transfer to you as the work lands — not held back until a final invoice clears.

The discovery method behind step one, and the three delivery stages that follow it, are set out in full on the services page.

In practice

The work a governed agent actually takes on.

Each one is scoped to a named task, runs against your own data, and stops at a person. A few of the places they earn their keep:

Quotes and enquiries

  • An agent prepares a quote from your own pricing and past jobs; a person checks it and sends it.
  • An agent drafts a reply to an enquiry from your documentation; a person approves the wording.

Reporting and reconciliation

  • An agent assembles one weekly view of cash, sales and delivery.
  • An agent flags a figure that does not reconcile before it reaches a report; a person decides what to do about it.

Delivery and fulfilment

  • An agent runs a new client's onboarding checklist and surfaces what is outstanding.
  • An agent drafts the status update from job data; a person reads it before the client does.

After an acquisition

  • An agent consolidates the duplicate systems inherited from a previous owner into one store.
  • An agent takes on recurring admin that used to be the previous owner's job, so it survives the handover.

The full library, with the approval point named on every example, is on the services page.

What you can rely on

Four things that are true by design

Not a client's results. These describe how the work is structured, so they hold before you have engaged us at all.

  1. The new system starts writing to one place immediatelyStage 1 does not begin with a migration plan. A custom app becomes the entry point from day one, with legacy tools cut over progressively behind it.
  2. The data work is a stage, not an afterthoughtConsolidating and cleaning your data is scoped and delivered on its own terms, because everything valuable in Stage 3 depends on it being right — and it's the part a buyer's diligence will look at hardest.
  3. Every agent has a named human approval pointStage 3 connects task-specific agents to your own consolidated data with documented human controls — not autonomous decision-making nobody can explain in a data room.
  4. You keep it when we leaveThe repository, a full export of your data, the documentation and the credentials are yours at the end of the engagement — asset ownership, separate from any ongoing support you choose to keep.
What we believe

The positions this practice is built on

  • Your data belongs to you, not to a dozen disconnected vendors.
  • A business that depends less on its founder is a business that's easier to sell, and easier to run.
  • Real AI adoption happens when systems are governed and owned, not when a team is trained to prompt a bot bolted onto someone else's software.
  • We don't promise a valuation outcome. We build the operational evidence that strengthens one.

We worked with Andres on the development of our task management system and had a great experience from start to finish. Andres is extremely knowledgeable in his field and quickly understood exactly what we needed. He didn't waste time or resources, everything was done efficiently and with purpose. He guided us clearly through the process and always knew the best way to move the project forward. What stood out most was how well he listened. He really took on board what we wanted and how we wanted it, making sure the system reflected our needs. As the project developed, he was flexible and able to adjust things without any issues. Communication was excellent throughout, meetings were well recorded, and we always felt informed and confident in the progress being made. Overall, Andres works with passion, efficiency, and a genuine desire to help businesses succeed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for modern, cost-effective development work.

Very professional, knowledgeable and pragmatic. We were asking Andres to help us with some use cases that were quite novel. He consistently went above and beyond to find solutions (including on his own time), and delivered some great work for us, and well within budget. He was also very good at helping us frame the requests and understand the 'art of the possible' in laymans terms which was very helpful for us.

Both were operations and AI tooling engagements. Neither was a governed-agent build, and neither is offered as evidence of one.

Where to start

A conversation first, not a sales pitch.

We map where your data actually lives, what's creating owner dependency, and which stage your business is genuinely ready for — before any commitment is discussed.
